OGDEN - Dennis Kay Clark passed away on August 22, 2004 at 61 years of age. Dennis was born April 28, 1943 to Verl Lavern Clark and Beth Hooley Clark in American Fork, Utah. He attended Ogden City Schools, graduating from Ogden High. He also attended the U of U. He enjoyed sports especially running.
Dennis served as a Communication Specialist in the United States Army. He was stationed in Germany in 1960. He also worked for Matrix, Sears, and was a Designer Engineer for Chromolox. He was a member of the LDS Church.
He married LeAnn and together they had a daughter, Valerie. They were later divorced and he married Deborah Larson on March 7, *Daily in Salt Lake.
Dennis is survived by his wife, Deborah and his daughter, Valerie.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Craig Neil and Kim, and an infant brother that died at birth.
Graveside services were held on Wednesday, August 25, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at American Fork Cemetery.
