February 17, 1941 ~ October 6, 2016

With hearts full of love, we remember, Betty Jane Payan, who passed away at age 76, in Fort Mohave, AZ. Born in Durango, CO, to Joe B. and Manuelita/Emma Payan, she was the sixth of nine children.

Preceded in death by her siblings: Louis, Delphine and Berlinda; another brother, Nick (Rose) Payan passed in early 2017.

Survived by: Veva (Ubaldo) Lopez, Angela (Larry) Eldredge, Jim Payan and Frank (Marilyn) Payan. She was an aunt to numerous nieces and nephews.

Betty graduated from Ogden High School and attended Hollywood Beauty School in Ogden, UT. She was a hairdresser in Ogden, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

Private services will be held in St. George, UT, in April.
