Julie (Ray) Macom, Willard, Utah; Roxanne (Dan) Marocchi, Ogden, Utah; Becki Weeding, Ogden, Utah.
He was preceded in death by his father and sister, Gay Lee Belnap.
Scott is buried in the Ogden City Cemetery.
