Bill was born in Ogden, Utah to Frank W. Linsley Sr. and Helen Baker Linsley.

Bill grew up in Ogden and attended Lorin Farr Elementary, Central Jr. High and Ogden High School. He graduated with the Ogden High Class of 1961.

Bill served a LDS mission to the Netherlands in the Hague in 1962.

In July of 1964, Bill married Sonja Paschal in the Logan LDS Temple. Sonja is the sister of our classmate Spencer Paschal. Best man duties were performed by Douglas Roberts, and ushers were Spencer Paschal and Arthur John Arrington

Bill went on to received his BS Degree from Weber State and his MS from BYU.

Bill and Sonja had seven children: Julie Johnson (dec.), Brenda Wells, Tracey Stefani, Todd, Paul, Heather Felton and Marin Pettit.

From previously profiles we know Bill lived in Horseheads, NY in 1981, where he was a Product Manager for Corning Glass. In 2007 he lived in Allen, TX where he was Director of Quality Assurance for Keys Backyard.

Bill went on to become Director and General Manager for the Samsung Fiber Optics Division in North America. Bill then went on to teach Physical Science and Math at the prestigious Spring Creek Academy in Plano, TX.

Bill passed away on the 21 of April, 2018.
